Per promuovere un ambiente più moderno, dinamico e professionale all'interno delle organizzazioni educative
Il progetto Future work, avviato a ottobre 2019 per una durata di 24 mesi, è stato presentato a valere su Erasmus+, KEY ACTION 2: KA202 – Strategic Partnerships for vocational education and training.
Il Consorzio di progetto è guidato da Università Dimitrie Cantemir, (Romania) ed è formato da BEST Institut (Austria), Danmar computers sp zoo(Polonia), Dekaplus business services ltd (Cipro), Sociedade Portugesa de inovacao (Portogallo) e Camera di Commercio dell'Umbria (Italia).
I destinatari sono insegnanti, formatori, i beneficiari sono studenti dai 16 ai 25 anni.
Future work intende produrre risultati a beneficio di un ambiente più moderno, dinamico e professionale all'interno delle organizzazioni educative: i formatori potranno integrare nuove conoscenze nelle attività quotidiane, che andranno a beneficio sia degli studenti sia delle imprese, che potranno avere collaboratori preparati per i loro futuri ambienti di lavoro.
Verrà sviluppato un "Manuale del lavoro futuro e strumenti per formatori", che includerà esercitazioni basate sui risultati delle esigenze riscontrate, successivamente uno "Strumento di lavoro futuro e una case box per beneficiari" e una APP FUTURE WORK.

Future Work
Future work is an Erasmus+ project to equip trainers with skills for agile work they can then use in their work with young adults. The target group are teachers and trainers who deliver digital skills to young adult learners (16/25) in educational settings, including non formal (like work based learning), volunteering and other informal learning.
The beneficiaries are young adults’ learners from VET providers and higher educational institutions aged 16-25. Future employees need to be prepared for these circumstances. At the same time, it is essential that trainers have the necessary skills to deliver digital competences to learners, even in subject other than ICT. So the project’s consortium is developing a “Future work manual and toolbox for teachers” and a “Future work APP for students”.
